Healing & Restoration

Doug and Jenny have been blessed with 11 beautiful acres in the Texas Hill Country—a peaceful place they believe God led them to for a greater purpose: to offer hope, healing, and a fresh start for people who have lost everything. Whether someone is coming out of prison, experiencing homelessness, recovering from a natural disaster, or rebuilding after a major personal tragedy, this property serves as a safe place to land.

Currently operating as a thriving bed and breakfast, the land offers ample space to expand into transitional housing for individuals facing crisis. Doug and Jenny have already built two tiny homes and have hosted six guests this spring alone—each one taking the first steps toward healing and stability.

They’ve built a supportive network of local business owners, community members, and volunteers who are ready to help these individuals gain meaningful employment, learn life and job skills, and reintegrate into society with dignity and purpose. Available job opportunities span construction, hospitality, retail, and general labor, and more partnerships are forming every day.

Their first major goal is to raise $500,000 to build five tiny homes and the infrastructure needed to house up to 10 individuals at a time. These homes will provide not just shelter, but a foundation—where people can recover physically, emotionally, and spiritually through trauma-informed care, vocational training, financial coaching, and holistic wraparound support services.

This initiative is more than a housing project—it’s a movement of compassion, restoration, and second chances. Together, we can break cycles of poverty, reduce recidivism, and uplift people when they need it most.

Employment

We’ve built a growing network of employers across Texas who are ready to give people a second chance—offering jobs to individuals rebuilding their lives after  homelessness, natural disasters, or other major life setbacks. These employers understand that with the right support, anyone can get back on their feet and thrive.

We currently have job opportunities available in construction, manual labor, hospitality, and retail, with more being added regularly. These roles are part of a larger effort to promote economic empowerment, workforce reintegration, and long-term stability.

If you have an employment opportunity to offer, or would like to become a hiring partner in this mission, we’d love to connect with you.

Building a new life

We are committed to building a strong, compassionate network that supports the healing and restoration of individuals facing some of life’s hardest challenges—whether they are  surviving a natural disaster or rebuilding after personal loss or trauma. Our mission is to meet people where they are and walk with them toward lasting stability—addressing their needs in body, soul, and spirit.

Our team includes pastors, spiritual leaders, medical professionals, and financial advisors who are dedicated to providing trauma-informed, holistic support. We also work alongside business leaders, employers, and skilled volunteers who are helping participants rebuild their lives, their careers, and their sense of purpose.

If you have a skill, service, or resource to offer—or if you’d like to support this mission financially—please reach out or make a donation. Together, we can provide transitional housing, job opportunities, emotional healing, and practical tools to help people take the next step toward a stronger, more secure future.
